hyperNET Procure's core functionality can be divided into 4 main functional categories, and supported by static informational pages as required:
Registration and Integration
Our experience to date has allowed us to establish a multi-level, multi-permission approach to corporate registration. We deploy a corporate registration, where contacts are associated to the company in a parent-child relationship. This allows for multiple contacts from the same company all managed in a single view, and for different permissions to control different elements of each company’s presence and activity within the marketplace. We can customize the registration fields as required.Permissions for SourceT&T can be explored in detail in the planning process.
Opportunity Matching and Posting
Electronic feeds of business opportunities from the National, regional and local levels of government, and those opportunities posted by members, would be matched against the profiles of the companies in any deployment. Company profiles are managed by a set of keywords, and if desired, a commonly used code structure such as UN-SPSC to categorize opportunities. Companies generate a custom profile using that same code structure, which would allow that company to have all relevant opportunities matched to their profile, emailed to them on a daily basis, and held online in their account.
Once opportunities are imported/created, they can be accessed in variety of different manners. There are search/advanced search capabilities, there are browse capabilities, and there is the email notification to each client, supplemented by storing all current open opportunities in the user’s personal web-based account profile. We also support all variety of mobile notification and communication.
Partnering
The partnering tool allows companies to search the company database based on the codes and associated criteria that are tied directly to a business opportunity. Essentially, the rationale is that companies partner together around specific opportunities. When a company identifies a business opportunity, they can search for other companies that matched that opportunity based on categorization codes, but they can also search for subsets of that code match, as well as add pertinent secondary information collected during registration. Potential subject matter for those secondary areas include specific geographical location, manufacturing or production capacity, exporting experience, etc.
Virtual Tradeshow
The platform includes a Virtual Tradeshow, including company tradeshow booths, sub-shows as required, as full administrative tool to manage the shows, and a forum to facilitate corporate discussion, partnership, etc.
Self-Administration
hyperNET Procure has been designed to allow for wide range of self-administration. The system allows for site owners to manage everything from detailed client registration records to the actual editing of of tables and forms without having to incur development costs. Opportunities administration, bidding rules, various menus and all core content are editable, while concurrently supporting divisions in areas of responsibilities and permissions within the management of the site.
