HyperNET Voice integrates retail pharmacy databases with its custom voice application to support auto-reminders, auto-renewals and pickup requests for pharmaceutical clients. The application has been independently verified to contribute to saving lives by ensuring proper prescription drug protocols are maintained, while increasing retail floor traffic for pharmacies, all within a high-security technological environment. HyperNET Voice is also used for disease management and integrates the pharmacies, patients and doctors in a unified data file, the impact of which has been clinically demonstrated to increase the quality of life of participating patients. HyperNET Voice can be adapted to various custom dialing applications, integrated with web-based administration processes.
HyperNET Procure is currently supporting the procurement requirements for the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. From major construction projects to memorabilia, the fair and open distribution of procurement opportunities based on custom profiles has served both the provincial government and its many and varied suppliers by delivering appropriate business opportunities direct to the inboxes of interested and potential bidders. HyperNET Procure is also currently powering the national procurement system for the nation of Trinidad & Tobago, and is an ideal solution for low-cost procurement distribution requirements such that exist in small and medium sized municipalities, and developing nations alike, bringing transparency, ease and standardization to the normally complex procurement process.
HyperNET’s core values are to work in partnership with a client and address their business process challenges with appropriate technology solutions. No place is this more evident thant the complex structure of the Canadian Standards Association’s Green House Gas Registry. The GHG Challenge Registry© is Canada's only voluntary publicly accessible national registry of greenhouse gas baselines, targets, and reductions. The primary objective of this Registry is to challenge both current and potential registrants from all economic sectors and geographic regions to demonstrate meaningful actions which contribute towards the reduction of Canada's GHG emissions. HyperNET has designed a series of both web and database-driven applications that power the entire system, requiring a deep understanding of the entire end-to-end business process from environmental issues thru to the deeply regulated policies and processes driving the project. HyperNET has proven to be an invaluable source of both technology and consulting in the nearly 10 year history of the project.
Further evidence of HyperNET’s ability to streamline and modernize the business process is exhibited in its experiences with Dare HR, one of Ottawa’s leading human resource agencies. As a long term client, Dare HR’s placement, tracking and financial systems are powered end to end with modules developed by HyperNET. Solutions developed by HyperNET in close consultation with the client address every aspect of the business from integrated marketing and web-based client management through to resource accountability, terminating with sales management, while integrating with standardized back-office accounting systems. Dare’s experiences with HyperNET have provided the company with numerous competitive advantages in this competitive marketplace while avoiding the necessity of large-scale enterprise software purchases common to this marketplace. By understanding the business process, HyperNET worked with Dare management to focus its investment on key solutions most likely to drive profitability and while addressing challenges associated to client and resource management alike.
The Ottawa Police Association needed a more efficient and effective solution for managing and communicating with its membership, while simultaneously tracking key interactions on specific types of activities with individual members. HyperNET Police was developed in response to this challenge, building on existing membership management modules and modifying them in partnership with the OPA’s leadership. The result is a full-featured membership database that supports the range of core functions required by most Police Associations, including Grievance Management, Voting & Polling, and Complaints Management, all supported by a central communications system that supports a complete set of communications activities within the Association. The OPA’s requirements for security, self-administration and ease of deployment were all met by HyperNET Police, to the degree that OPA recently introduced the solution at a Police Association of Ontario conference to share their positive experiences in working in partnership with HyperNET and its solution.
When the Municipality of North Grenville tendered its new web presence, they required the successful bidder to ensure that not only could they develop better outreach and communications with their residents, but that the actual business of the municipality be better served as well. HyperNET first won the bid, and then worked closely with North Grenville’s leadership to build a site that is not only attractive and beneficial for residents, businesses, and tourists. The site contains a full-featured administrative level that allows for committees and working groups to share ideas, store documentation, and communicate better with each other and their constituents. There are also dedicated areas for specific user groups such as recreational services, and volunteer firemen. HyperNET’s email service alone saved the Municipality thousands of dollars annually. Discussions on future phases of development include improved outreach for complaints management, tie-ins to GPS services, and increased document storage and backup services.
