Off site hosting of a mail server:
We host a number of large MTA such as exchange servers and lotus notes, for clients. We find this works the best for small companies of 5 to 10 people. It works very well for consultants that are spread over a wide area. Also for clients that do not need a large MTA we can offer standard mail services that include webmail, spam/av and backup. Costs for this type of hosting are custom-quoted.

Relay Service:
One issue we have found with legal firms is the need to deliver large documents to a large group of clients. If done via your local server this can be very slow, as well as cause your local internet connection to crawl. Our relay service works well for this as you only send one message from your local server and then our servers deliver it. Recently we sent out a large PDF for a client to 1600+ people in less than 15 seconds when in the past this used to take them most of a day.
